  • NOTICE

    * Documents required during Admission:

    I) Admit Card of HSLC (Matric)/Equivalent Exam.
    II) Mark sheet(Xerox) of HSLC Exam.
    III) Provisional Certificate issued by the previous school.
    IV) Valid ST/SC/OBC Certificate, issued by the concerned authority.
    V) Eligibility Certificate issued by the Council (For students from Boards/Council/Universities other than BSEM, Manipur.
    VI) Repeater-Student who had admitted in other school in Class XI should cancel Class XI Registration in COHSEM and bring the Cancellation Slip issued by COHSEM.

    NOTE:
    Migration Certificate should be procured from the concerned Board/Council/University in order to apply Eligibility Certificate from COHSEM.
