You are entitled to request for cancelation of Your payment within 7 days by giving reason for doing so.
The deadline for request of cancelling a Payment is 7 days from the date on which You made the payment or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the payment delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the Payment. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Payment to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Payment was made in the last 7 days.
The following Payments cannot be returned:
- The Payments made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Reason must be specified to our administration team, using the contacts provided in our Website.
- If the student violated any of the Company norms.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise/Payments that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Payments once paid, cannot be refunded unless it meets the above conditions.
