Your Payment Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to request for cancelation of Your payment within 7 days by giving reason for doing so.

The deadline for request of cancelling a Payment is 7 days from the date on which You made the payment or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the payment delivered.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Payment to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Payment was made in the last 7 days.

The following Payments cannot be returned:

  • The Payments made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Reason must be specified to our administration team, using the contacts provided in our Website.
  • If the student violated any of the Company norms.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise/Payments that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Payments once paid, cannot be refunded unless it meets the above conditions.
