Wait For Approval From The School

Needy Home Academy is a residential school. The school was established in 2004 by Dr. R. Chance and his wife Mrs. R. Angam, both working as Associate Professor at D.M. University, Imphal. It functioned along with the Govt. UJB School from 2004-2012. The Mapao Zingtun Village Authority, the Women Society and the Church Authority gave full cooperation to the establishment of this institution. The school separated from the Govt. School in 2013 and shifted at the present location due to pressing need. It was started with a vision and burden from the Lord to impart quality and modern education with sound spiritual and moral principles. NHA provides opportunity for those who are not in a position to study in well-regarded institutions in cities. All the amenities needed in a school and boarding are available here. The teachers are highly qualified and dedicated to serve. The school has six hostels and settled as sub-juniors’ hostel, juniors Hostel, senior girls’ hostel, senior boys’ hostel, orphanage home for girls and orphanage home for boy (Nazareth Home and Bethesda Home).
The school is a product of a burden to serve God by serving the poor and needy without any ulterior motive for profit. The team is so blessed to have Dr. R. Chance and his wife Mrs. R. Angam who gives timely administrative and spiritual direction, correction and encouragement. God’s word takes precedence over any other consideration at NHA. The most unique thing about the school is the presence of God in our midst. The two orphanage homes and the staff members make up a big family. They have regular fellowship with one another, even during holidays. We are so grateful to God for His grace!
